Add a new `link` subcommand

The link subcommand takes the elf files for the crt0 and the user code and generate the ready to flash binary that should be loadable using xipfs. Optionaly, it can add pip mpu binary (if the pip mpu elf file is provided) to generate a pip binary image with the user code as root partition
